Shipping Policy

Yes, we own our own trucks as well as assign third party for some of our deliveries when volume is high. The following will give you a good idea on how our deliveries work:

1. Deliveries within the GTA will be $75.
2. You always have an option to pick up from our warehouse in the Dufferin/Lawrence area. To be arranged with one of our representatives.
3. Deliveries will be done within 5 working days.
4. If orders are outside the GTA, one of our representatives will be able to quote you, dependent on logistics.
5. Any returns that incur costs is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged during shipping.
6. If delivery access to residence or office is inaccessible, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs such as parking tickets etc.
