Can we visit the items at your location?
Of course! We think it's a good idea to view our gently used items in person before you buy, and we encourage you to do so. We will require 24 hours notice to have the item prepared.
Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver to the GTA only for $95. There is also an option to pick up from our location at no charge (81 Tycos Dr, Toronto)
Can we purchase the items when we visit your location?
All orders must be purchased online.
What is Gus furniture?
Gus* Design Group is a furniture design and manufacturing company based in Toronto, Canada. Gus* offers well designed, durable and stylish pieces. It has a mid century look, yet very modern.
Why are your prices so great?
We are a furniture rental company and our furniture is used for staging, events and relocation purposes. We price our furniture for sale accordingly to it’s age, condition and popularity.
Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.
What is your return policy?
We highly recommend for you to view your requested products at our warehouse before you make a purchase. In the event that you do not view your items beforehand and decide to purchase, you will be given the opportunity to carefully inspect your items at the time of delivery or warehouse pickup. It is your responsibility to inspect your pieces prior to accepting them to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time of delivery or pick up, you can return it for a full refund, subject to a 33% restocking fee of the purchase price. The delivery fee will not be refunded. All sales are final once items have been accepted during delivery or warehouse pickup has been completed.
Do you buy used furniture?
No, we do not buy used furniture.
What happens if the items I order are too big for my home?
Prior to your appointment, please carefully measure all doorways, elevators, and hallways. If you notice the item you have ordered is too large for your building, please notify us at info@clearancefurniture.ca Please note: we do not provide specialty services such as couch disassembly, door or fixture removal, window delivery, or fire escape delivery. If we are unable to deliver your items due to these issues at the time of your appointment, you will be refunded minus your delivery fees which are non-refundable.
